- Hailing from Dirty Jersey (the Garden State or just plain New Jersey), Justpassingthru boasts four multi-talented musicians (Mooki, Joe Gorgolione, Ron Leejack and Eli Endres) whose music and passionate, engaging live performance (recently being compared to that of early Disturbed) will leave your heart touched and your soul rocking! No doubt you'll be coming back for more! The bands's modern rock version of Praise Adonai has rocked the CRW Indie Rock charts at #3 for 6 months and is still radio play and a ton listener response (also climbing the Indie CHR as well as the Signature Rock charts). Recently, Justpassingthru accepted the 2008 Momentum Award for ROCK ARTIST OF THE YEAR, filmed for a FUSE TV reality show, and released an exclusive Free Song made possible by MICROSOFT!
** Reality show is to be like "Wife Swap" but swapping lead singers of bands. For several years the boys of Justpassingthru have performed concerts, youth events, rallies and fundraisers, evolving from a local garage band into a mature, modern rock group . A local paper wrote JPT is one of the best kept secrets in the NY metro music scene. In 2008, the guys rocked out with Switchfoot at Rutgers University in front of 4,000 fans at Spring Blaze. In 2007, New York's Christian music station Star 99.1 invited them to be a part of their Autumn Blaze event at Continental Airlines Arena and a two-time Dove Award winning producer helped them to complete their latest release Call Me Red. The secret is out – and the boys of Justpassingthru have been thrown into a mysterious series of events that has everyone on edge anticipating what will happen next.
